Phase 1 Construction Status

The Phase 1 construction of Bhartiya Garden Enclave (Nikoo Homes 8) will happen in a step-by-step manner, starting from land preparation and going up to final finishing work. The work starts in March 2026 and is expected to be completed by 31 March 2031.

1. Base Work (Foundation Stage)

• Ground Work (Site Preparation): The team is currently clearing the land and leveling the ground to prepare the 11-acre site for construction. This work will go on from 31 March 2026 to 31 August 2026.
• Foundation Work: The foundation of the towers will be built to make the buildings strong and safe. This work is planned from 31 July 2026 to 31 January 2027.
• Retaining Walls & Strength Work: To keep the soil strong and stable, retaining walls and support structures will be built between July 2026 and August 2027.
• Plinth Level Work: This is the stage where construction comes above ground level. The project will move to plinth work between 1 November 2026 and 31 August 2027.
• Multi-Level Parking Construction: The basement and parking floors will be built in a later stage. This work is planned from 1 November 2028 to 31 July 2029.

2. Building Structure Work

• RCC framework ( From 1 June 2027 to 31 July 2029): The main building structure is built.
• Wall construction work (From 1 June 2027 to 31 July 2029): Walls inside the building are made.
• Plaster work (From 1 August 2027 to 30 September 2029): Walls are made smooth.
• Doors and windows work (From 1 October 2028 to 31 January 2031): Doors and windows are fixed.
• Water, plumbing and electric work (From 1 September 2028 to 31 December 2030): Basic water and electricity setup is done.
• Flooring and tile work (From 1 October 2028 to 31 January 2031): In this stage, the inside flooring work is done in all apartments and common areas.

3. Finishing Works

• Electric and plumbing finishing: This work will start from 1 October 2028 to 31 January 2031

Phase 2 Construction Status

Phase 2 of Bhartiya Garden Enclave will start a little later than Phase 1 and will continue till December 2031. The work will move step by step — first basic ground and foundation work, then building the high-rise structures, and finally full finishing work to make the homes ready for use.

• Sub-Structure: Ground & Foundation Work

The first stage is site preparation and strong base building.

• Earthwork & Leveling: Site cleaning and leveling start from 1 Jan 2027 to 30 Jun 2027.
• Foundation & Retaining Walls: Strong base and wall support work starts on 1 May 2027, foundation finishes by Nov 2027, and retaining walls by Jun 2028.
• Plinth & Parking Base: Ground level (plinth) work happens from Sep 2027 to Jun 2028. Special parking structure flooring is planned from Oct 2029 to May 2030.
• Super-Structure: Tower Construction

It is the most visible stage of development where the 24-floor towers take shape and rise above the ground.

• RCC Frame & Walls: Main building structure work runs from 1 Apr 2028 to 31 May 2030, where strong concrete frame and walls are built for the towers.
• Plastering & Services: Wall finishing starts in June 2028, and work on electrical wiring, plumbing, and water supply begins in July 2029 for the full internal setup.
