Bhartiya Garden Enclave is a majestic residential township in Thanisandra, North Bangalore. It is set on 12 acres and has studio to 4 BHK flats and 3 and 4-BHK row houses. These range from 345 sq. ft. to 2,532 sq. ft. + 620 sq. ft. terrace area.

The construction timeline is updated on the RERA website. It is mandatory for builders to give details as per RERA rules. These updated will show the substructure, superstructure, and final work dates of the township.

In the substructure work, earth work, flooring work upto 1st floor, etc are done. In the superstructure work RCC frame structure, plastering of walls, etc., are done. In the final work, electrification, painting of walls, etc., are done.

Phase 1:

• The substructure work was started on 01st Sept, 2025 and will be completed on 28th Feb, 2027.
• The superstructure work will start from 01st December 2026 onwards and will be completed by 31st July 2030.
• The final work will initiate from 01st April, 2028 onwards and will be completed by 31st July 2030.

Phase 2:

• The substructure work started from 01st March, 2026 and will be completed on 31st Aug, 2027.
• The superstructure work will start from 01st June, 2027 onwards and will end by 31st December, 2030.
• The final work will begin from 01st October, 2028 and will finish by 31st January, 2031.

Phase 3:

• Sub-structure work will start from 01st August, 2026 and will be completed on 29th Feb, 2028.
• Super Structure work will begin from 01st December, 2026 and will be completed by 30th June, 2031.
• Finishing work will commence from 1st March 2029 and will be over by 31st July 2031.
