Bhartiya Garden Enclave is a new launch residential project in Thanisandra, North Bangalore. It covers a huge land area of 12 acres and features luxury flats in studio to 4 BHK sizes. The site will be launched after getting approved by RERA.

What is RERA?

RERA is the short name for the Real Estate Regulatory Authority. This group was created under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act of 2016. The main goal of RERA is to protect the interests of people buying homes.
