What is RERA?
RERA is the short name for the Real Estate Regulatory Authority. This group was created under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act of 2016. The main goal of RERA is to protect the interests of people buying homes.
It also works to make sure that real estate investments are clear and honest. The Parliament of India officially passed this Act on March 10, 2016.
The RERA Act first began on May 1, 2016. At that time, 52 out of the total 92 sections were started. The rest of the sections in the Act became active later, on May 1, 2017.
Why is RERA approval important for Bhartiya Garden Enclave?
RERA approval is a mandatory rule created by the Government of India. Every real estate project must obtain this approval before it can be launched or before construction begins. It proves that all necessary documents have been checked and that the builder is following all legal rules.
Once a project gets RERA approval, it is considered a safe and reliable investment for buyers. Compared to many other luxury projects in Bangalore, having RERA approval gives a project a big advantage.
It guarantees that the work will be finished on time, follows the law, and offers better protection for people buying homes.
